        Hi, I am Vanessa!
        Movement has been my medicine and passion for my whole life and after 14 years of teaching experience across high end London studios, I am now a Yoga , Pilates and Dance Lecturer at University level. 

        In this programme I have condensed some of the most effective Pilates and Mobility exercises to help you optimally activate and stretch every single muscle, so you can feel strong, powerful and confident in every aspect of your life (and  have the energy to handle your busy schedule, plus your beloved hobbies!)
