Over time, this makes it increasingly difficult to access the clarity, creativity, confidence and vitality that allow us to thrive.

A regulated nervous system does not mean feeling calm all the time. It means developing the capacity to move through life's challenges with greater flexibility, recover more efficiently from stress and return to a state of safety, connection and balance.

        Hi, I am Vanessa Michielon.
        I am a Movement Specialist and Nervous System Educator with more than 17 years of teaching experience, leading a new era of body-based wellness grounded in science, emotional intelligence and somatic awareness.
        I bridge Yoga, Pilates, Somatic Movement and Dance with the neuroscience of regulation and resilience, helping you not simply calm down, but thrive under pressure.

        Here you will find a practice grounded in science, informed by experience and rooted in intuition.
        My offering is built for people who are done with superficial routines and ready for embodied transformation.
