In this luminous moment, where nature glows in fullness, our bodies, too, can be guided into greater circulation, clarity and inner calm. Summer Solstice lymphatic flow ritual is a practice of flowing with our body’s own intelligence in a gentle, intentional and restorative way.
You are invited to a 75-minute experience that blends thoughtful movement, breath and lymphatic activation, designed to meet your nervous system with sophistication, grace and ease. Here, in the warmth of the solstice, you will be guided to activate your inner radiance by supporting the systems that shape your energy and immunity.

You will experience an integrative ritual that combines:
• Grounding breathwork to centre your focus, slow down and invite your nervous system into a state of ease.
• Somatic floorwork, a slow, attentive way of moving that dissolves hidden tension, invites awareness and expands your capacity to connect to your senses.
• Intelligently sequenced Vinyasa, a fluid Yoga sequence designed to enhance coordination, flexibility and freedom in your joints.
• Lymphatic flow activation, gentle, guided pumping and self-massage techniques to support detoxification, immune resilience and vitality.
• Restorative integration, a calm, embodied closure that invites deep absorption of the work, leaving space for clarity and renewed energy.
