I use movement, science and language to bring people back to themselves.
As a speaker and facilitator, my intention is always the same: to leave every audience feeling seen, supported and equipped with tools they can apply immediately.
I deliver talks, moderate panels and lead immersive workshops in a range of settings, from corporations to universities, studios and creative gatherings, including events such as Balance Festival, Om Yoga Show, Livewell and Soul Circus.
