Movement has been my medicine and passion for my whole life.
In this programme I have condensed 35 years of studies in the fields of Dance, Yoga and Pilates, with a specific focus on the positive effects of movement on our Mental Health, and 15 years of teaching experience, including Universities, top London studios and festivals.
