Hi, I am Vanessa!

Movement has been my medicine and passion for my whole life.
In this mini immersion I have condensed more than 35 years of study and 14 years of teaching in the fields of Dance, Yoga and Pilates, with a specific focus on the positive effects of movement on our Mental Health.

These practices give you a little taste of my Transformative Movement Method: informed by Neuroscience and a somatic approach, TM equips you with tools to improve your physical health, connect deeply with your body and achieve a balanced state of mind.
