Learn how to down-regulate your nervous system through body mind based practices combining Yoga Therapy for Anxiety and Somatic Movement.

Then join this highly informative masterclass combining Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Somatic Movement, Yoga Psychology and the application of Polyvagal Theory to Yoga, where you will learn the science behind your nervous system regulation and how to balance and calm your mind through movement and breathwork.
We will begin with a centering breathwork exercise, followed by a talk on how to recognise how your body and mind respond to stress and on which movement and Pranayama practices can help you return to your desired state. You will then be guided through a rejuvenating Yoga and Somatic movement sequence, which will focus on poses and patterns that have been shown to mitigate the stress response, to unlock tension in your shoulders, neck and back, and promote relaxation.
After the final guided meditation, we will have time for a Q&A session, where you can ask questions and take away actionable tips to incorporate into your daily life.

As the season shifts, Spring invites us to awaken, refresh and embrace new beginnings.
This nourishing Yoga and Meditation session is designed to help you connect with your inner wisdom and plant the seeds of intention for the months ahead.

We will begin with a grounding breathwork practice led by Vanessa Michielon, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and create space for renewal. You will then flow through a dynamic and heart-opening Vinyasa sequence, designed to energise your entire body and cultivate a sense of expansion.
Moving with the rhythm of your breath, you will flow through an uplifting sequence of standing poses, gentle backbends, and deep stretches to awaken your heart centre and invite in fresh energy.

Ciara McGinley will then close the session with a restorative meditation and journaling practice to cultivate calm, clarity and self-connection. Through a nature-inspired gratitude meditation, you will be gently guided to reflect on the season ahead, planting intentions that align with your wellbeing.
A final journaling exercise will allow you to solidify your vision, ensuring your intentions remain present in both moments of stillness and in your daily life.

Come as you are and leave feeling rested and recharged, ready to embrace a joyful spring ahead.

Release back stiffness and strengthen your core with an empowering Pilates practice.

Are you tired of waking up every morning with a stiff and achy back, yearning for relief? Do you long for a movement practice that not only eases discomfort but also strengthens and supports your body in the long run?

This special Pilates masterclass is designed to help you say goodbye to nagging pains and hello to a more resilient, mobile and pain-free you.
The session will focus on improving spinal mobility, core stability and postural alignment - key elements in preventing and alleviating back pain. Through a carefully structured sequence of exercises, you will engage deep stabilising muscles, release built-up tension and enhance your flexibility.
Expect a full-body workout on the mat with a strong emphasis on controlled movement, smooth transitions and breath integration. Each exercise is thoughtfully selected to promote fluidity, reduce strain on your joints and restore optimal movement patterns.
By the end of the session, you will feel refreshed, stress-free and more confident in your body - empowered with tools to support your spine and movement in everyday life.

Ciara will close the practice with an empowering visualization meditation and a journaling exercise, so you leave feeling truly connected to your intention for the year, with a clear vision of how to get there.  
We'll finish the day by enjoying nourishing food from The Lodge Cafe and goodies from our wellbeing partners.
