How does 5 days of Yoga and Pilates, sunbathing by the pool, (optionally) hiking in a natural reserve and enjoying deliciously healthy food sound like to you? If this idea makes you immediately feel happier, then join me for an inspiring Spring retreat from 30th August till 4th September in a beautiful natural reserve in Andalucia (Spain).

Open level practices include Pilates for a strong core and healthy back, Yoga for Stress relief, Vinyasa Flow, calming breathwork and introduction to mindfulness. You can fly directly to Malaga on Thursday morning and then fly back on Tuesday in the evening (or fly a little earlier and explore this fantastic region before starting the retreat).

The beginning of the year is the perfect time to connect to your intuition and reflect on what you truly and deeply desire for the months to come.
 This is why this half day retreat is dedicated to our Sankalpa (inspired intention), which according to the Yoga tradition is a powerful statement that can guide us with purpose and clarity towards what is most meaningful to us.  
The retreat will begin with a grounding breathwork and intention setting practice led by Ciara, helping you to settle into the space and leave behind anything that is no longer serving you.
Vanessa will then guide you through mindful, somatic movement featuring a fluid Pilates sequence to warm up the body, a heart opening Vinyasa Flow before a grounding Yin Yoga in preparation for meditation.  
Ciara will close the practice with an empowering visualization meditation and a journaling exercise, so you leave feeling truly connected to your intention for the year, with a clear vision of how to get there.  
We'll finish the day by enjoying nourishing food from The Lodge Cafe and goodies from our wellbeing partners.

Do you want to flow with ease into the cold season? Enjoy a nourishing journey of energising and soothing movement practices to feel stronger, more grounded and relaxed? Then join us and celebrate the transition from Autumn to Winter by cultivating self-compassion and inner warmth: we will centre ourselves with Pilates, flow with Dynamic Vinyasa, and unwind with a guided relaxation.

MANAGE STRESS THROUGH MOVEMENT MORNING RETREAT

IN YOUR ELEMENT FESTIVAL - MARLOW

Join me for a Mobility for Longevity practice and learn how to keep your joints healthy at any age with a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Dance. This practice is part of a day long programme of holistic movement and wellness.

SUNDAY MORNING YOGA AT MERCATO METROPOLITANO

Join me for a Vinyasa Yoga practice that will help you unlock your joints, open your hips, release muscular tension from your back and shoulders, and improve your overall flexibility and strength.

We will start with a centering breathing technique and gentle stretches to wake up, continue with a series of standing poses and movements that promote fluidity and balance, and close with a guided meditation to prepare for the rest of the day.
You will leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and grounded.
This session is suitable for everyone - options will be offered so that whether you are new to Yoga, or have been practicing for a while, you'll be encouraged to practice in the way that feels best for your body.

NEW YEAR TRANSFORMATIVE MOVEMENT HALF DAY RETREAT IN LONDON
