If you are not satisfied with your current movement routine, believe me, not long ago, I was in the same place where you are, wanting to feel better in my body, but overwhelmed and confused, trying to figure out how to train in a way that was effective but also sustainable.
Even if I have been dancing since I was 4 and movement is my big passion, I used to struggle a lot with ups and downs and lack of consistency when I wasn’t in the studio.
Fast forward 7 years, by coaching many busy professionals and testing on myself I have found my way. I have developed a movement method that makes it a no brainer to train regularly in a balanced way, by working on mindset, optimising the environment and choosing the content in a smart way. All from the comfort of your home.
