HI, I AM VANESSA!

Movement expert, Yoga lecturer and mum of baby Julian

As a Pre and postnatal coach qualified through GGS Academy and Pre/Postnatal certified Pilates Yoga and Barre instructor, in my 15 years of teaching I have helped many people like you reach their health and fitness goals through pregnancy and after childbirth.
I have myself embraced the power of Yoga, Pilates and Barre to optimise my physical and mental wellbeing both while expecting baby Julian and while recovering from my C-section  (and I am so thankful I did, my regular practice has been keeping me strong and energised every step of the way!).

In this programme I have condensed some of my favourite tools from Pilates to rebuild confidence, and feel strong and powerful in your body and mind in this very special time.

Featuring sequences to safely activate your core, including your pelvic floor and slowly build up your endurance and stamina, this series is designed to boost your energy levels, keep your muscles active in a functional and intelligent way, and prevent common discomforts, like back pain, by improving your posture and safely targeting your core.
