Feeling happy and wish to expand it -- Move.

Feeling overwhelmed, and want to take a little pause -- by now, you know what I’m going to calmly but also with excitement, scream -- Move!

No matter what age, what phase, what body type, what job, you may find yourself bartering with varying emotions and challenges every step of your life. And what remains constant through all this is you; surfing through it all -- sometimes gently and sometimes a little off.

The script of life is going to have ups and downs for sure. I can’t change your journey and experiences but I can help you forge a surfboard, or an armour, or a shield, you get the drill. Let me help you break through the different tides of your life, both, physically and emotionally.

Now, this ritual is going to take you less time than doing your laundry or doing your dishes or going through a Youtube video to turn leftover ingredients into a decent meal.

So, now all you have to do is figure out when you can and how you can fit this new ritual into your old routine. Make this a better evolved routine.

Time to get up, brush and Move. Or, come back home, sip on some coffee and Move. Or, go to work, lunch and Move.

RITUALS AND ME DON’T GET ALONG

You are too moody -- you feel happy over something that is precious to you or you spend a lot of time wallowing over something -- It’s okay this movement is for you.

You feel too trapped amidst all the grown-up things -- don’t worry this movement won’t chain you down, if anything it’ll give you that extra potion to go about everything in your day with added energy and enthusiasm.

You feel too anxious to start something, you think you are just setting and signing yourself up for failure -- and that is why this ritual is not supposed to break and mould you into a new person. It’s going to just transform you peacefully with no strings attached.

7 Days in a row is too much. Not if you think of it as a mini series. (You’re of course the lead.)

7 Days is not going to make me fit into those jeans or do a headstand or make someone jealous -- this you are right about. These 7 Days will not do any of that, but these 7 days will make you feel alive and in love with yourself in the jeans you are currently wearing and it’s going to give you a headstart to do the headstands and planks and crazy Yoga poses, if that’s what you wish for.
