Hi, I am Vanessa!
Movement has been my medicine and passion for my whole life.
In my programmes I condense 35 years of studies in the fields of Dance, Yoga, Pilates and Somatic Healing, with a specific focus on the positive effects of movement on our Mental Health, and 15 years of teaching experience, including Universities, top London studios and festivals.
As a high-achiever with a past of top academic records and yet crippling insecurities, I am the living proof of how connecting to our body with a somatic approach and using movement as a powerful tool of regulation can transform our life from feeling stuck, frustrated and anxious, into unlocking grounded confidence and truly embody the most authentic version of ourselves.
