Yoga is more and more recognised as a valuable complementary therapy for those of us suffering from anxiety and chronic stress.

Not all forms of Yoga and breathwork are equally effective in calming the nervous system and altering brain function and body physiology, but specific practices can be designed in this direction with the support of scientific research.


Having trained with The Minded Institute, I currently offer public or corporate courses where you can learn how to manage stress and improve resilience starting from the body and the breath.




6 weeks course in Yoga for Anxiety




What will you get from the course? You will learn to manage anxiety through bottom-up (movement and breath) and top-down techniques (mindfulness). At the end of the course you will receive a manual with a summary of the exercises we have explored for you to continue your wellness practice at home.



When? Thursday 16th, 23rd, 30th April, 7th, 14th and 21st May 2020, 8pm-9pm



Where? On Zoom (free for phones and computers). All login details will be shared after the booking. 


How? Please wear comfortable clothes. You only need a quiet space with a mat or a rug (please get in touch for more suggestions)


Investment: £60 full course. Please note, no refunds are available, but if you can't make it to a session, I will share a recording online so you can practice at your own pace when you feel ready.
