YOGA FOR ANXIETY
Yoga is more and more recognised as a valuable complementary therapy for those of us suffering from anxiety and chronic stress.
Not all forms of Yoga and breathwork are equally effective in calming the nervous system and altering brain function and body physiology, but specific practices can be designed in this direction with the support of scientific research.
Having trained with The Minded Institute, I currently offer public or corporate courses where you can learn how to manage stress and improve resilience starting from the body and the breath.
Given the nature of the work and to guarantee the best learning experience, spots are limited and drops in are not available.

What? Introduction to Yoga for Anxiety (open to complete Beginners)

How? Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat (some are available to borrow if notice is given)
