Join me LIVE for a series of Yoga, Dance and Pilates sessions from the comfort of your home.

Open level, no need to have any equipment besides a mat or a towel.

Understanding the difficult situation many of us might be in this moment, I am offering the sessions at £10 (or Euro 10 if you are joining the classes in Italian), but if you have lost your job or you need some help please contribute with what you can or take this as my gift to you, no worries at all.

Combining Dynamic Pilates and Barre, the session will work every single muscle, teach you simple combinations and offer you plenty of opportunities to sweat and smile.

EMPOWER (PILATES)

Create core strength and stability, improve your posture and lengthen your muscles with an open level sequence of carefully designed exercises on your mat.

RELEASE (BALLET FIT/CONTEMPORARY DANCE)

Instructions for classes on Zoom

1. Log in on Zoom with a basic account (you can open it on your browser or download it for free onto your computer, tablet or phone.

2. At least 30 mins before the class is due to start, please make your donation and click on the button REQUEST ACCESS for, I will send you the link by email.

3. Please be on Zoom 15-10 minutes before the start, so that I can help you with any technical issues and we can all start bang on time! I won't be able to help logging in if the class has already started, so make sure you take your time to join us!

4. Turn your camera on if you would like to be seen and maybe receive individual cues/suggestions. Turn your audio on so that you can hear the instructions.

5. Put yourself on mute when you join the class. There will be a chat where you can write if you have any issues, I'll try and keep an eye on it!

6. Feel free to play your favourite playlist in the background.

7. Have fun! At the end of the class feel free to unmute and ask me any questions or have a chat, it's always nice to see friendly faces!
