ONLINE SCHEDULE

Join LIVE and RECORDED sessions drawing from Yoga, Dance, Pilates and Breathwork from the comfort of your home.

All the classes are open level and are designed to train your body and mind in safety and efficiency with no equipment needed.

Practical details 

  • Once you have booked your session you will receive an email from Bookwhen confirming your choice. Please click on "View online event" to see the Zoom link you will have to follow to start the session.

  • Please log in on Zoom with a basic account (you can open it on your browser or download it for free onto your computer, tablet or phone).

  • Please be on Zoom 5-10 minutes before the start, so that I can help you with any technical issues and we can all start bang on time! For safety and logistical reasons I won't be able to let you in if you are more than 10 minutes late, please make sure you take enough time to join us.

  • Turn your camera on if you would like to be seen and receive individual cues/suggestions.

  • If you need to ask me anything or say hi before we begin moving, please feel free to unmute yourself or write me in the chat.

  • Feel free to play your favourite playlist in the background.

  • Have fun! At the end of the class feel free to unmute and ask me any questions or have a chat!
