The immersion weekend was really helpful for me. I felt I could truly listen to my body and choose what was right in the moment.

 

It felt as if the tension in my cramped body could finally release with the Restore session on Friday. During the Flow session on Saturday my body was figuring out how to deal with released energy that was flowing through it and by Sunday it felt as if my body could move with the flow of the energy.
