Held in the comfort of your home and tailored on your needs, 1-2-1 sessions will give you the opportunity to deeply focus on your own practice.

We will work together to strengthen, align, stretch and gain a more profound understanding of postures and movements, developing a progressive program to reach your goals more easily.

This will be a safe space to ask questions, learn modifications and adjustments that respect your individual body, while progressing quicker in your practice.

CORPORATE PILATES@WORK

 

Sessions can be uniquely designed to fit specific needs and business schedules and help the participants achieve empowerment, health, and physical fitness, with de-stressing and re-energizing effects.
