Day 1 - FLOW (50 minutes): Vinyasa Flow and Free Movement

Day 2 - EMPOWER (50 minutes): Pilates and Mobility

Day 3 - BREATHE + RESTORE (45 minutes): breathwork, stretch and Yin yoga

Day 4 - RELEASE (50 minutes): Barre, Dynamic Pilates and Cardio

Day 5 - FLOW (60 minutes): Vinyasa Flow and Free Movement
