DAY 2 - EMPOWER

  • With the most dynamic practice, learn how to consciously breathe fully when moving fast.

  • Experience the shaking sensation through your muscles, which is the way the body naturally discharges stress.

  • Challenge your cardiovascular and respiratory system by lifting and lowering your heart rate in a punctuated way.

DAY 3 - RELEASE

  • Learn how to slow down the flow of air and cleans your nostrils 

  • Stimulate the lymphatic circulation by lifting the legs above the neck with passive stretches

  • Loer cortisol levels moving into a parasympathetic state.

 

ENERGY LEVELS: 1-2

DAY 4 - BREATHE + RESTORE

  • Stimulate the areas rich in lymph nodes: armpits, neck and groin.

  • Learn how to "pendulate": go progressivley deeper in the positions using the support of yout breath, so that the body can 

  • Lubricate your joints with circular movements to feel more spacious and less contracted.
