Ballet Fit is a fun way to improve posture and strengthen your muscles, combining Dynamic Pilates and Barre exercises and stretches. The method is low impact but if you are looking to get a bit more sweaty, cardio options will also be offered!

What will you get from the course? You will learn basic Ballet movements and positions, and practice correct technique for legs, abdominals, back and arm training.



When? Thursday 5th, 12th,19th, 26th March and 2nd, 9th April 2020, 7pm-7.55pm



Where? Calder's Wharf, 4A Saunders Ness Rd, Isle of Dogs, London E14 3PS (just outside Island Gardens DLR station and Greenwich Foot Tunnel)



How? Please wear comfortable clothes (you can be barefoot or wear grippy socks) and bring your own mat (some are available to borrow if you let me know in advance)


Investment: £80 full course, £15 single session drop in. Please note, no refunds are available.
